- Red Belt and Black Belt (both Poom/Dan) are recommended to participate at least 3 times a week.
- Saturday and weekdays Poomsae Practices are mandatory for Black Belt (Poom & Dan)
- Competitive Poomsae Team membership is acquired by invitation and test.
